This article demonstrates how to use the reporting tool to send a text message to all clients with checks ready to print.
Follow the instructions below to successfully send a text message to multiple recipients:
1. Login with Admin Rights.
2. Click on Lookup.
3. Click on Extended.
4. Click the Reports button.
5. Choose Checks Ready in the reports list and click the Load button.
6. Click OK to run the report.
7. Click the Send Text button (this will open the TextLink window).
8. Enter the desired text message and click OK.
🖐 Note: If you are Using Text Link Plus, there are no limitations on the number of messages and it will be sent to all users. If you are using Text Link, the number of text that can be sent at a time is limited by google and you may need to send the message to smaller groups.
