This article demonstrates how to assign a Billing Schedule to an office using the CrossLink Web Portal. A Billing Schedule must be created first, in order to assign a Billing Schedule to an office.
Follow the instructions below to assign a billing schedule to an office:
- Login to the CrossLink Web Portal using the main Account Code.
- From the top menu, select Office Management > Manage EROs/Office Setup.
- Click Edit next to the office to be assigned a billing schedule and the ERO Setup page will open.
- Click the Edit or View button next to Billing/Fee Information, in the Billing Schedule drop-down list, select the billing schedule to be assigned to the office.
- Click Save and Continue then Publish to queue the change at the Central Site.
